Kintsugi Occupational Therapy

I am an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist who graduated with honours from the University of Newcastle in 2015. I started my career in Sydney and later returned to Newcastle, where I now offer a mobile OT service for adults and older adolescents (17+). I specialise in assessments and focused short to mid-term therapy programs, with expertise in life skills development, sensory modulation and support for complex presentations. I have a strong background across multiple funding schemes including DVA, WorkCover and aged care. This brings a unique perspective to my work. My approach is hands on and results driven, ideal for clients seeking practical, effective solutions for everyday challenges. One of my recent client's described me best: “Nic’s a practical OT, not an artsy-fartsy OT”. This is a perfect summary of my straightforward style! Outside of work, I like to stay busy as an active father and leading a healthy lifestyle. You’ll often find me at the gym, playing sports or exploring Lake Macquarie and Redhead Beach, with wonderful wife and 2 daughters close by
