Founded in 1960 by Ron Krajian, K Investment Co. operated throughout the beach cities of California and Aspen, Colorado as a real estate investment and development firm. During that time, K Investment Co. acquired a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, and became a recognized broker of land development and investment opportunities in the California desert, while also specializing in acquisitions, asset management, investment advisory including development and disposition. Today, K Investment Co., a division of Cooper One Fourteen, Inc. is a California-based real estate investment and management company directed predominantly by its original team of professionals whose combined experience in the business spans 40+ years, and who continue to operate the company with the utmost integrity and passion as when K Investment Co. was initially founded. From lease-ups to new construction, K Investment Co. works alongside its affiliate K Investment Co., LLC which focuses on the management of real property assets, as well as strategic repositioning, renovations, and financing at time of disposition. The company also continues to acquire and improve vacant land which includes preparing pad and parcel for future development, and disposition to end-users and investors.
