I believe that it is your full right, at any age, to live with complete confidence in your body and abilities. My name is Kiril, and I’m a fitness coach who doesn't love fitness. :) If you don't love fitness either, and have always found it hard to exercise or stay consistent (no matter how many times you've tried), you've come to the right place! If no one has ever taught us how to stay consistent with physical activity, what are the chances we'll succeed? I view exercise and consistency from a completely different perspective. We need to start changing our language, our approach. Slowly, correctly, in a supportive and inclusive environment, step by step. Not only will you get your body and confidence back as a gift, but suddenly consistency will seem more possible than ever. And it won’t depend on motivation or willpower, it will rely on a structured method: Clear steps, tools from the worlds of mental coaching, fitness, and habit-building.
