We are experienced in overseeing contracts/contractors on site, and have knowledge of all Quality Management Systems and Construction Phase Plans. We are able to solve problems, change requests and communicate between contractors solutions and costs. We build and review RAMS as to HSE requirements and ensure work is carried in accordance with the RAMS and ensure that all procedures are being followed to the ITP. We have experience closing out punch items and system walk downs with the client and contractors. We have extensive experience in the testing of pressurised systems.
