KitPro

KitPro is a wellbeing platform designed with employers managers and individuals in mind that can integrate with existing HR platforms or standalone. We provide a dedicated space for individuals to keep in touch, fully transparent communication, and empowered wellbeing. Keeping in touch mechanisms are crucial to ensuring individuals can effectively return to the workplace. Currently 20% of people don’t return after only 4 weeks of being away and a key factor is feeling disengaged and being intimidated by returning. Best practices are out there, but is increasingly complex to follow. From shared parental leave, sickness, to sabbaticals, KitPro enables effective engagement and provides reassurance for all involved. Much of keeping in touch is still done through invading people’s personal communication methods, or involves work systems that lock them out during their leave. KitPro creates a dedicated space for all communication to help employers set boundaries for their wellbeing. Managers are the key relationship to managing absence at work, and are at the heart of our design. KitPro provides confidence to both managers and individuals throughout their absence journey, by delivering full transparency, logging and securing all communication, meetings, and requests. The long-term leave process can be isolating and difficult to navigate for individuals. KitPro enables empowered wellbeing for individuals, letting them easily choose how best to keep in touch.
