Kita Progresif

Kita Progresif was established in February 2020 in Jakarta as a career and personal development community aimed at supporting beginners in exploring their passion to become professionals in a progressive manner. The focus of Kita Progresif is to assist beginners—such as students, fresh graduates, and freelancers—in overcoming Quarter Life Crisis (career issues) during their 20s to 30s. Kita Progresif applies a psychological and communication-based approach in all of its programs, offering the 3P principles (Passion, Progress, Professionalism) as the foundational framework for building a career.
