The KiteX wind turbine uses 80% less materials than a conventional wind turbine and it's possible to save up to 50% cost compared to conventional wind turbines. The KiteX kites energy systems are much more mobile than conventional renewables enabling new applications areas for renewable energy.
The KiteX turbines are especially well suited for deployment in areas with poor infrastructure making installation of conventional wind turbines difficult and the competing energy production high. We're solving for low weight and fast setup times - this allows us to keep cost low.
