KITRONIK – continuous loss-in-weight dosing feeder

This unit is designed for continuous precise dosing of micro components in bulk form. Designed to work with: -food products, -chemical products, -pharmaceutical products. The feed system for any bulk solid: - gravimetric, volumetric - powders, seeds, granules, grits, pellets, chips, and fibers - easy integration into the production process - high feed accuracy – better than ±0.5 % - high feed constancy – better than ±0.5 % This equipment is able to work in static and dynamie mode. Precise dosing is secured by weighing system – loss in weight. Dosing tool is designed with maximum stress for hygienic and safety standards. KITRONIK machine is able to work in line without brakes for filling up the hopper for micro-components and still guarantees very precise dosing. As an option we put ultrasonic system to secure maxflow of materiał which is hard to handle – sticking to the wall is no longerthe problem.
