To improve the well-being and educational attainment of Kitsap residents, through a focus on empowerment and equity, the prevention of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and the building of resilience. A collaborative community response designed to help individuals across the lifespan develop the knowledge, capabilities, connections, and credentials needed to flourish.
