Kitty Rescue Squad is a not-for-profit organisation founded in October 2021 by a group of Latin American women that love animals and believe every person can help and give back to society.
Our main goal is to help control and reduce the overpopulation of feral and stray cats in Melbourne through desexing programs, medical care, rehabilitation, rehoming and community education.
We are a no-kill organisation and we truly believe with love and patience a lot of miracles can happen.
The organisation is funded by donations from supporters and volunteers. Likewise, our rescue and rehabilitation program has been supported by our foster carers.
We dream big and we see our organisation having its own shelter in the future and being self sufficient.
There are many ways of helping: Donations, adopting with us, becoming a foster carer or sharing our cause.
