“A story of mostly traditional cooking” Affordable. Chic. Authentic. Neighborhood. Kizmet is a 75 seat A La Carte Brasserie with an upstairs member’s social club. It’s located steps away from Dubai Opera in the highly residential neighborhood of downtown Dubai on the Boulevard. Its ground floor entrance and a stand-alone building with 9 meter high ceilings. Membership to the upstairs cocktail and co working space will be free but members need to apply and should be linked to the creative industries an owners of businesses. These individuals should respect the privacy and quiet environment of the space, and use the space and advantages of the space (free coffee and elegant locker space) to transition from coffee to cocktail. Art Deco and Bohemian Chic. Comfort is key for the downstairs Brasserie. Small cozy and intimate. Rich fabrics and earth tones. Upstairs is reminiscent of a Miami Cuban rum bar with large black and white marble tiles and Jewel Tones colors. Large Plants and sweeping uninterrupted views of the downtown skyline. Eclectic soul food. Small plates with a seasonal focus. Not fussy but delicious. Classic dishes reinterpreted playfully. The importance is that it’s hitting the unexpected but doesn't alienate. Our food isn’t defined by a geographic region but rather memories of what we grew up with whether that’s Thailand, Czech Republic, South Africa, Far East Asia, Near East Asia, Atlantis, Narnia, and Nederland. Also, we are working on line up for ‘pop up’ Chefs. First ‘pop up’ has been scheduled for February 2019. for Scandinavian Chef. Refined and friendly. Casual but zero compromise on service standards.
