The current major brand Klarius Emission Control represent a range of OE quality replacement automotive products. Offering over 12,000 parts in the portfolio including; exhausts, catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters and mountings.
Cheadle, based in Staffordshire UK, is Klarius manufacturing plant producing over 2 million replacement exhausts, catalytic converters (CATs) and DPFs for road cars every year. It has been transformed into one of the most efficient automotive component development and manufacturing centres in Europe.
Strategic investments in lean manufacturing, training, new production operations and logistics has streamlined processes to reduce waste and became a leaner operation. New processes have enabled the plant to adapt quickly to changes in market and to our customers requirements.
Our state-of-the-art Research and Development Centre and Test Track is also located at Cheadle, in addition to substantial stock-holding of Emission Control products. New products are designed and launched by the Technical Centre, regular testing is also carried out by the VCA on-site.
