KLM Networking generated support for professionals in transition by cultivating the power of a supportive community. From May 2020 through August 2022, KLM Networking offered regularly scheduled, live online networking meetings open to diverse job-seekers. KLM often featured noted guest presenters, executive coaches and workplace futurists. In addition, KLM created/distributed timely learning and development resources (akin to a newsletter following each weekly meeting) including access for anyone in the community to use, benefit from, and share.
KLM Networking offered programs, services and resources from spring 2020 through late summer 2022. KLM Networking ended live online programs in 2022. Currently (updated June 2023) KLM Networking maintains information sharing and individual support for job seekers upon request via email.
KLM participants were encouraged to practice an attitude of “How can I help?” when showing up to meetings. KLM Networking upheld the belief that offering support to others unconditionally goes a long way towards making an impact. Keep in mind that one's value is not only attributed to a service, product or professional role. KLM continually welcomed new participants during its tenure and gained a national following, including coaches, recruiters and career support professionals who were enthusiastic and committed to sharing their expertise and guidance at our meetings.
