The University aims to play a groundbreaking role in the advancement of health-related science and technology, focusing on four areas of study: health sciences, human medicine, psychotherapy and counselling sciences and psychology. Our evolving range of courses, which stand out for their international outlook, interdisciplinary design and emphasis on biomedical engineering and health economics, will be a valuable supplement to the courses offered at Austria's public universities. A team of experts from the public higher education and health service sectors form the University’s Degree Programme Advisory Board. The University draws on expertise from the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Technology, MedAustron, the Government of Lower Austria and the NÖ Landeskliniken-Holding and the University of Basel.
