Our company was initially formed in 2010 as Industrial Implementation Services (IIS). The business began in Colorado and by 2018 expanded to serve customers in Texas. In 2020 the company was acquired by Daniel Spradlin and the headquarters was moved to Galveston Texas. Since that time IIS has seen exceptional growth. In 2022 our leadership team decided to change the company name to KLUTCH Controls. The change was made to create a perpetual focus on our core values of Knowledge, Learning, Understanding, Trust, Commitment, and Honesty. KLUTCH. Today KLUTCH Controls is a full-service building technology contractor. We partner with customers to deliver unique HVAC control, building management, integration, and custom technology projects. We excel in both new construction and retrofit projects, as well as ongoing support services. We are particularly skilled in critical commercial environments such as healthcare, municipalities, education facilities, and data centers.
