Service Design Strategy, Experience Design & Design Leadership Design as an agent for change: helping organisations to design the business of the future. I am a Service Experience Consultant and Design Entrepreneur with more than 27 years of award-winning design and business leadership experience. I partner with ambitious start-ups, entrepreneurial organisations and agencies to tackle tough business challenges by focusing on the opportunities that add most value. I create and facilitate strategy and design programmes to shape aspirational future visions, unearth new value propositions and feasible roadmaps to enable meaningful business transformation. Through workshops and training I enable organisations to embed Design Thinking to solve complex business problems, develop a human centric culture and to innovate at pace. I lead the design of evidence-based service and digital product innovation together with multi-disciplinary teams - to ultimately deliver tangible, measurable impacts: happier customers, engaged employees, and sustainable growth. Change is the only constant. Real-world challenges, human expectations, and technology possibilities are driving rapid change. For organisations to stay relevant they need to respond to – and anticipate – this fast-evolving world. By design. And as designers we have a huge responsibility and opportunity to impact the future of our planet.
