Established in 1981, KM ENGINEERING is a well established company providing sub contract CNC machining to several industrial sectors and specilising in machining complex components in exotic materials and EDM spark eroding. The company is ISO 9001:2015 accredited and offers both manual and CNC Milling and Turning facilities. In the summer of 2018, additonal factory space was acquired and siginifcant investment in a 5 axis Hurco mill, a CMZ TD 35Y CNC lathe with Y axis capability, a second Agie Charmilles Form 30 and a Roboform 30 which has trebled its capacity in EDM spark eroding. We have a comprehensively equipped inspection department with 2 Co-ordinate measuring machines and all equipment is calibrated and traceable to national standards. A very flexible approach to individual needs has been developed and this allows competitive pricing whilst maintaining Quality Standards which win national and international acceptance. KM ENGINEERING manufacture parts in various materials, and specialises in machining exotic materials, including F51 and F55 Duplex and Super Duplex to the toughest Inconels and Hastalloys for the Oil and Gas industry and plastic parts for the Petrochemical industry.
