A tribute to the wanderers of all times
Our name Kmana comes from the Indonesian expression “Mau ke mana” which literally means “where are you going?" We chose this name to pay tribute to the wanderers and travellers who preceded us and who inspired our travels and collections. Bruce Chatwin, Lady Hester Stanhope, Amelia Earhart, Richard Burton, Getrude Bell…. But above all, we chose this name to acknowledge and honor that we are all connected. Our personal journeys and our stories are intertwined. And so are our bags and the stories they carry.
