Kirit Mehta & Co was founded in 1977 with a simple goal: to help businesses make better decisions using cost and management accounting. In the early years, we focused on building strong costing systems and conducting cost audits for manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. As our experience grew, so did our reach. Over the decades, we have worked with more than 300 companies across 28 industries and 56 locations, both in India and abroad. We are known for our expertise in pharmaceutical pricing and DPCO advisory, having guided clients through DPCO 1995 and DPCO 2013 with clarity and confidence. Our services also include strategic planning, product lifecycle costing, mergers and acquisitions, and anti-dumping duty representation. We are the only cost accounting firm registered with the Director General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties in India, allowing us to represent clients in complex import and export matters. Our work also includes internal audits, performance appraisals, and the development of management control systems. We’ve contributed to industry compliance through our proprietary platform Bizcura, which simplifies legal reporting under the Companies Act of India.
