Hi I'm Kat 👋🏼 Type 1 diabetic, Mum of two, Sunshine soul, Greek/Aussie! Having led the People and Talent functions of a scale ups including my own business for over 2 decades, I understand the challenges that arise of a result and the impact this has on driving key strategic projects forward. I’m passionate about building and creating great cultures where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work and thrive! I actively help and advise scaling startups at their earliest stages including VC’s and PE’s, as well as scale ups and post IPO’s undergoing significant change through innovation, advising up to Group Executive and Board level. Passionate about all things culturally and people led championing wellbeing, equality and leading with empathy and confidence. I can plug into your team to define and deliver your People and Talent Strategy both remotely and onsite. I also operate retainers across various clients for ongoing pieces of work.
