kmute is a software company focused on helping to drive your employee happiness. kmute started as a platform focused on helping companies with their employee retention. We built a system that would highlight the employees that were at risk of leaving based on our proprietary algorithm using ethically sourced data with the goal of giving the employee a better working experience and automatically making them more productive. The pandemic has shifted everyone's perspective and we realized that our data driven approach could equally be used at the end of this global "work from home" experiment. As we slowly come out of this period of time companies will need to have a plan to bring employees back to work. kmute will work with you to put this plan together using company and employee data that will help ensure its is done impartially with the employees safety and happiness in mind.
