Kneadful Baking is a rebrand of Betsy's Baking focusing on Gluten Free Breads.
Betsy's opened in 2012 in Camp Hill, Pa. Within 6 months there was great success and there was a need for our product in the area. We started getting phone calls asking if we would sell our products wholesale and so started the wholesale side of our business.
We opened up another facility to fulfill wholesale orders and created a one of a kind shelf stable Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free bread that taste amazing! We are currently serving several Giant Food Stores, Stauffers of Kissel Hill, along with Colleges such as Dickinson college, Arcadia University, Swarthmore, University of Pennsylvania, University of Philadelphia, Shippensburg, Millersville, Penn State University and a few other small colleges and universities. We also serve several small coffee shops, restaurants, and other bakeries that don't want to risk cross contamination.
We are in the process of opening a much larger facility to serve more customers. We believe our products will raise the bar for the Gluten Free industry and believe customers deserve to have better tasting GF products. We want customers to know when they see the name Betsy's they are getting a quality product made in a 100% GF facility.
