KneeDeep Times is a digital magazine featuring stories from the frontlines of climate resilience. Our geographic focus is the San Francisco Bay Area, but the magazine also explores West Coast and national topics relevant to local action. We examine responses from communities of all sizes as the impacts of climate change intensify by connecting with real people and real places. We also interpret the meaning and impacts of policies, projects and investments to address climate change.The magazine publishes every other month and shares occasional newsletters in the weeks between. We are open to freelance pitches from photographers and writers, especially young emerging voices around the Bay Area.
