Our mission at Knewstart inc. is to empower individuals with criminal backgrounds, helping them reintegrate into society by offering support, guidance, and opportunities for personal growth. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance and that through our programs, they can find a path to successful reentry into the community. Vision: Our long-term vision for Knewstart inc. is to be a national leader in reintegration support, with a network of successful entrepreneurs who have overcome their pasts. We aspire to create a society where every individual, regardless of their criminal history, can find meaningful employment and become thriving entrepreneurs. Our goals include both short-term and long-term objectives:
Short-term goals: Within the next two years, we aim to establish our presence in the local community, assist a minimum of 100 individuals in their reintegration journey, and secure partnerships with local businesses.
Long-term goals: Over the next decade, we aim to expand our reach to multiple cities, assist thousands of individuals in finding stable employment, and support at least 50 individuals in starting their own businesses. We also plan to advocate for policy changes that support reintegration efforts.
