In just a few simple steps, we have streamlined the process for the customer by providing a pre-paid envelope that contains all the materials needed to ship their knives to our workshop. The knives are hand sharpened by our knife smiths using different sharpening techniques taking into consideration the unique features and varying angle requirements of every knife. Every package is trackable and insured so the customer can feel confident their knives are in safe hands.
