Knomad was founded in 2013 and went on to launch the first social podcast app on the iPhone. The vision was that podcasts were great but discovery was really bad, so we wanted to make it easier to find great things to listen to. First by making it easier to share with friends and family (Facebook API) and later by tapping into the Twitter graph (never fully implemented). In 2016 Facebook sunset Parse, the service our backend relied on, and we had to shut down the app. The URL also no longer works but the product hunt page still exists.
