We are a band of global women unified by a mission of mitigating the impact COVID-19 has on our children. We are proud to step up as teachers, playmates, and moms, leading our families through this pandemic with unwavering confidence, compassion, creativity, and optimism. That’s why Know Our Work was created: to shift the perception that mothers who've left or not returned to the workforce during COVID-19 are stepping back. Mothers haven’t stepped back, we've stepped up. The traits we lead with as we navigate our family through this time are the same skills we will harness when we return to the workforce. Businesses require us to embrace change and pivot towards new opportunities, and mothers are better trained than most to rise when we need to.
