Know And Co exists to inspire the brightest minds in the marketing industry to solve businesses biggest problems, with tried-and-true leaders in a hands-on learning environment. Know And Co is a response to a rapidly accelerating tech shift and an industry that’s running to keep up, using real insights turned into training people actually give a shit about. We only partner with those who know from the industry to run our workshops - whether it’s the founder of a D&AD pencil award winning studio or a leading strategist who can help you bring social media strategy into the C-suite. Know and Co courses are led by CEOs, directors, and specialists who have worked at the highest levels of design and advertising. We don’t template our content. You’ll be learning case studies from a practitioner who’s been in your shoes. We develop our work hand-in-hand with those who’ve been in the trenches. Know And Co sessions are fast-paced, hands on, and with a focus on learning skills and tools that you can use today. We don’t teach in boardrooms. You spend enough time there already. We teach in creative spaces that are designed for connection and learning. You’ll be learning amongst 15-20 others in similar roles who are seeking more from their careers and industry. In an increasingly changing world, we believe that the process of knowing - and building a network of other smart folks - is more important than ever. Our (advertising/marketing focused) workshops will range across Creative, Technology, Media, Strategy, Client Services and Design exploring hard and soft skills sets.
