Knowledge Squirrel is a project advisory platform that has been created to assist individuals, corporates, and governments in designing and executing cost effective projects in the construction sector. The firm was founded in January 2021 by Ajay Gupta who is an architect by profession and has over two decades of experience in handling assignments globally. The idea to create this firm was visualized when Ajay came across people hesitant to venture in the space due to queries like ‘how to begin’ & ‘who to engage’. Even with the availability of PMC firms and other similar institutions around, a confusion to invest in the sector still prevails which disconnects the willingness of a prospect in initiating anything. In such cases there is a common pattern which highlights underlying gaps that can only be filled by an independent consultancy assisting its clients in identifying solutions with proper planning and phase-wise execution. With an initiative like this the firm also plans to add more investors to the second largest sector in the country and creates newer players in every tier benefiting all related businesses. Regarding concerns related to our planet’s health, Knowledge Squirrel ensures that dynamics of this industry considers green policies on priority.
