The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra shares extraordinary music and meaningful experiences—on stage, in schools, and across the East Tennessee community. Led by Music Director Aram Demirjian, the KSO consists of 80 professional musicians and presents more than 200 concerts each season, reaching over 200,000 audience members annually. From mainstage performances at the Tennessee Theatre, Bijou Theatre, and Civic Auditorium, to programs in hospitals, schools, city parks, and churches, the KSO is deeply embedded in the cultural life of the region. Now entering its 90th season, the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra remains committed to artistic excellence, music education, and community impact.
