Kocamaar is a family owned almond & olive farm in South-West Coast of Turkey, producing clean food products.
• All of our products are free from any kind of
artificial additives.
• We do not use preservatives to endure the shelf
life of our products; instead we use traditional
techniques such as pasteurization, pickleing,
drying etc.
• We are against artificial flavours instead we try
to enhance the local flavours of endemic species
unique to our region.
• All of our products are gluten-free, lactose-free&
vegetarian.
• Most of our products are vegan.
• We offer a wide variety of no sugar added category
which is free from refined sugar, sweetened by fruit
juices.
• We have adopted the highest quality standards and
solidify our approach by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO
22000:2005 certifications.
• Our “Good Agriculture Certificate” issued by ECAS
International Certification Company means that
the production is made by protecting the natural
resources that is not harmful to environment,
human and animal health. It also means registry of
guaranteed food safety by provision of traceability
and sustainability of the production process of our
