Kochattante Kolayi (KOKO) — is a regenerative rural tourism initiative rooted in Kerala's 1st book village (Pusthakagramam) Perumkulam. It blends ecological restoration, cultural storytelling, and community-led design to offer a timeless Kerala experience.
till in the making, KOKO is not a destination, but an evolving experience. Guided by the imagined village elder Kochattan, the project seeks to rekindle the spirit of rural Kerala — where the land listens, traditions linger, and stories find their way back home.
We are not building fast. We are building with care — through community, ecology, and design — to reimagine tourism as a gentle unfolding of place and purpose.
