Koch Construction

Koch Construction was founded in 1980 by Karl and Jeff Koch. Karl began his residential construction career in 1955 and is an accomplished homebuilder, finish carpenter, and cabinet maker. Karl was born in America, but was raised in Denmark, returning to the USA in 1950. Koch Construction was founded on the old world values of craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity that Karl brought back with him to America. These are the same values, coupled with modern day technology, that our work today is based on. Karl first instilled the art of construction and customer service in Jeff, then again when Mark Koch joined the business in 1988, and then with longtime employees John Everman and Justin Manifold. In turn Jeff, Mark, John, and Justin continue to pass along these base values to all Koch Construction staff. Koch Construction continues to experience slow and steady growth as demand for our services, along with the demand for us to take on new and different projects, increases.
