Founded by residential school survivor Jean Whiteknife and Two-Spirit entrepreneur Massey Whiteknife, our mission is to empower First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities with the tools to overcome systemic barriers and thrive — at work, at home, and in life. Our flagship Holistic Employment Program weaves together certified job readiness training, trauma-informed mental health support, and financial literacy in a four-week intensive, followed by 12 weeks of personalized after-care. This isn’t just skills training. It’s life transformation. With over 85% of graduates gaining and keeping employment, our program has helped participants find stability, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with culture — often for the first time in generations.
