Kodiak Gaming

Formed in 2005, the investment grew from a passive joint ventures investment, to an active operating role in which Kodiak Ventures, LLC had to take over the day-today operations. Kodiak Ventures, LLC as Manager of Kodiak Gaming, lead a hostile take over to secure and obtain clear title to the gaming platform, when the Company's original joint venture partner defaulted on it's obligations. This ultimately lead to Kodiak Gaming being the owner, operator and developer of the now approved Class II gaming platform. The Company engaged in the licensing of the Company's original gaming titles, patents, trademarks equipment and software to the domestic Class II gaming space. Additionally, the Company held unique licenses and patents such as the exclusive license and rights with baseball legend Pete Rose and the "Charlie Hustle" slot machine and the industries only lab approved and patent pending Class II Roulette system.
