From 2005-2010, Kohen Media was a full service Public Relations, Marketing and Events company focused on the lifestyle and food industries. Clients included NYC Restaurants: il Buco, Balthazar, Pravda, Morandi and The Meatball Shop, to name a few. "Celebrity Psychic" Judi Hoffman and Brooklyn-based eco-friendly real estate developer Greenstone also formed part of the client roster. Clients based in Italy included Umbrian Olive Oil Producer, Azienda Pandolfi Elmi, as well as the Umbrian Inn L’Orto degli Angeli and Restaurant Redibis located on a majestic UNESCO world heritage site. Kohen Media has worked on events with the James Beard Foundation, Slow Food USA, DeGustibus, The Institute for Culinary Education, The French Culinary Institute, The NYC Food Film Festival, UNICEF's Tap Project, The Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, and The We Campaign – A Project of the Alliance for Climate Protection, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, among others.
