Our venture is focused on solving a fundamental challenge in CAR T-cell therapy - the lack of long-term persistence of CAR T-cells post-infusion. We have developed a novel CAR-Enhancer platform that leverages a proprietary protein to selectively promote the generation of memory CAR T-cells, enhancing their activity and in vivo persistence. Our solution has the potential to revolutionize CAR T-cell therapy by injecting a much lower number of CAR T-cells and eliminating the need for ex vivo expansion and lymphodepletion, and ultimately saving many lives.
