Kojima is a Jersey-based company, founded in 2017, with the aim to provide bespoke HR and business solutions with an island focus. Specialising in pay and reward as well as other HR metrics, Kojima works with organisations to build understanding and offer evidence-based insights and advice to assist with various important decision-making processes relating to your most important asset, your people. Kojima offers a range of services, from discovery research and analysis, to the strategic design of new pay and reward practices, as well as the tools (i.e. organisational policies and digital solutions) to implement and manage changes over the longer term.
