In Australia in early 2008, the origin of Structured Organisational Coaching was founded by University of Queensland Psychology graduate, and founder of KOKO Matrix, Kate Osborne.
During the past decade, through the hard work of legal, marketing, finance, sales and production specialists, dug deep, collaboratively developing the hard questions needed to carefully address over 360 key business parameters within each of the primary 64 overlapping operational sectors in an 8 x 8 matrix.
The resulting matrix, the KOKO Matrix, has become the core foundation of Structured Coaching. The KOKO Coaching System sits above the KOKO Matrix tool ensuring answers to these carefully crafted questions are identified, recorded and addressed efficiently and effectively by highly trained professional coaches. The KOKO Coaching System creates successful, compassionate leaders and resilient organisations.
