Who we are? Kolektiv is an innovative and dynamic consulting company, specialising in HRM services and labour market development projects. Founded in 2001, our company has grown into the most influential private sector organization in the BiH labour market. Posao.ba Kolektiv is most known for Posao.ba, the leading job portal in BiH. Pasoa.ba has been connecting employers and job seekers in the BiH labour market for more than 14 years. We are also actively engaged in labour market intermediation and development through two other pillars of the company: the Kolektiv Recruitment Agency and Kolektiv Projects. As a part of the Alma Career Group, we do business in 17 European countries. Kolektiv Projects Kolektiv Projects is focused on labour market development projects in three complementary areas: private sector development and job creation, entrepreneurship development and start-up support, and skills development. What we do? We provide professional services for project management, technical expertise, and labour market intelligence for international and domestic partners. We focus on results, and together with our partners and project stakeholders, we are dedicated to achieving sustainable impact in BiH. For instance, we launched Posao.ba, BiH’s premier recruitment and job seeking portal, which offers advanced HRM for the local and international markets. Who are our clients? Over the past 10 years, we have partnered with a wide range of international and domestic development organisations and funding agencies, both public and private. Among our many clients and partners were the governments of Switzerland and the United Kingdom, The United Nations Development Project’s (UNDP) Youth Employment and Retention Programme, HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, the Gesellschaft für Organisation, Planung und Ausbildung (GOPA) Youth Employment Project, Education Development Center (EDC) Partnership for Innovation project, the Dutch Embassy in Sarajevo, and the Enhancing Youth Employment (EYE) project.
