We believe that HOW and WHO represents women on screen can change the way we see ourselves in the future. Kollider is changing the way women work and are found in the screen industry because we believe that we can get to equal representation, representation and parity in media industries. As women working in the industy ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be. We are working with decision-makers, producers, business and organisations to provide a platform for our voices to be heard as well as making the hiring workflow incredibly easy.
