Over the past two decades, we have been providing music therapy to seniors and witnessing the power of music to heal, inspire and reawaken. The program includes an extensive and ever-expanding library of videos, resources, and tools consisting of Sing-Alongs, Dance-Alongs, Drum-Alongs, Chair Exercises, Tone Bar Activities, Fill in the Lyrics, Rhythmic Games, Trivia, Word Searches, Poetry, Reminisce Experiences, Guided Imagery, Cool Downs, and more.
This interactive, dynamic, and therapeutically-oriented music program incorporates a multi-sensory musical approach to wellness, supporting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of older adults.
