Komobility Roads

Komobility is an Australian brand providing patented sustainable solutions for road maintenance. KomoRoad is a sealer which acts as sunscreen protection for roads, limiting the effect of the sun, and prevents surface oxidation. KomoRoad is also water resistant prevents water from penetrating the pavement. KomoFix is a cold asphalt based on patented durable formula. The cold asphalt is used to fix potholes, trenches, and also for new roads construction. The fix is permanent. Both solutions are cold materials, applied and stored in ambient temperature. They are not emulsion based (not mixed with water), and thus has a very long durability. Komobility products have Sustainability in their core design. They are applied cold, and has a significant recycled materials components. KomoRoad has 70% waste aggregates, while KomoFix has 98% Reclaimed Asphalt. They are easy to use with simple machinery. Komobility solutions reduces the CO2 emission, energy and safety considerations involved with hot asphalt construction and usage. Komobility philosophy is Maintenance over Repair and resurfacing. We protect our skin with sunscreen, against the effect of the sun. We do not wait for a disease and operation! Yet, this is exactly what we do with roads maintenance, waiting for the deterioration, and then fix potholes, until full resurfacing is required. Komobility promotes periodic maintenance, so we can avoid the effect of the sun and water, thus prolong the asset life cycle, and enjoy well maintained and safe roads. KomoRoad and KomoFix are approved products under Local Government Procurement (LGP) in Australia. KomoFix was selected as Preferred Product in a trial conducted by TRansport NSW.
