For the past 20 years our mission has always been simple - to simplify network management, engineering, monitoring, and troubleshooting through innovative tool sets, practices, and designs created by network engineers, for network engineers. Starting life as Conxx Inc., Komodo Systems provides network engineering service and consulting, Grid Observer - a highly powerful and customizable NMS, and more recently the Komodo Eye, a light, user-friendly discovery and diagnostics tool to aid in incident management and network triage. Our list of clients include Commonwealth Edison, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Philadelphia Electric, PEPCO (Washington DC), Delmarva Power and Atlantic City Electric. Grid Observer has been deployed on WISP and Multi-Service Networks in Allegany County, MD; Mineral County, WV, Lackawanna County, PA; McKean County, PA; and 5 counties in central PA including Montour, Columbia, Snyder, Northumberland, and Union.
