Program "Strengthening Strategic Partnerships for Active Citizens and Village Governments to Develop Participatory Village Budgeting Innovations to Realize the Village of Inclusion" supported by DFAT (Department of Foreign and Trade - Australia). The Marginal Group Empowerment Consortium (KOMPAK) consists of several institutions: IRE (Institute for Research and Empowerment), LAKPESDAM PBNU, PSPK (Center for Rural and Regional Studies) UGM, KPI (Indonesian Women's Coalition), Mitra Wacana, and CCES (Center for Civic Engagement and Studies).
