Kurumumuz, sektörde 40 yıllık tecrübeye sahip Özkan Tekstil Ltd. Şti ve Yurteks Tekstil Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. ortaklığıyla 2016 yılının Ekim ayında kuruldu. Bu tarih itibariyle 90’ların en ünlü cadde mağazacılığı markası olan KOMPEDAN’ın isim haklarını satın alarak Türkiye genelinde 40 mağazayla hizmet vermeye başladık.
Temel iştigal alanı ev giyim ve iç giyim olan kurumumuz mağazalarında, çoğunluğu ulusal 50 markaya ait her yaştan her beğeniye hitap eden binlerce ürünü hedef kitlemizle buluşturuyoruz. Yaratıcı, yenilikçi, müşteri memnuniyeti ve teknoloji odaklı KOMPEDAN, sezon trendlerini özgün tasarımlarla süsleyerek cazip fiyatlarla, kolay erişilebilir lokasyonlarda müşterinin beğenisine sunmayı gaye edindik.
Kurum kültürü olarak, sayısı her geçen gün artan 400 kişilik ekibimizin %97’sinde kadın çalışana istihdam sağlayarak “Kadına Pozitif Ayrımcılığı” ilke edindik.
Son dönemde artan mağaza sayımızın yanı sıra dijital süreçlerimizi geliştirerek e – ticaret sitemizde ve sosyal medyada sizlere daha kaliteli hizmet ve bilgi akışı sunmayı amaçlıyoruz.
Hedefimiz, açık ara lider olduğumuz iç giyim sektöründe konumuzu daha da güçlendirmek ve bu liderliğimizi çorap, mayo ve ev giyim perakendeciliğinde de sürdürmek.
