Koncero Software Solutions was founded in 2008 with a vision of providing affordable, high volume Salesforce services to firms of all sizes. We have implemented Salesforce for large and medium size companies like Putnam Investments and Associated Press. Over the years, Koncero has expanded to a team of over 20 qualified developers, managers, and quality control specialists. Over the last seven years, Koncero Software Solutions has developed expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) delivery. We work through partnerships with software companies based in USA and New Zealand to provide CRM implementation and integration services to their customers. We also work directly with non-profit clients. We strongly believe that a successful CRM requires a combination of business and technology solutions. We provide skilled resources to our partners in all aspects of the software development cycle. Our resources possess excellent communication skills and work with team-leads of our partners to deliver good-quality service. Our one unit of dedicated resource also includes a Project Manager (Shared) and a Tester (Shared).
