We Käre is an initiative dedicated to supporting jobseekers and not-for-profits in finding their next opportunity through a light-touch, pro bono service. This programme was founded by Aditi Sharma Wuenscher, with Sneethi Jayarajan as Co-Founder, and operates with the steadfast support of Konsälidön’s founder, Varun Malik. We Käre bridges the gap between talented individuals and meaningful opportunities. Designed to assist professionals at any career stage, We Käre offers beneficiaries a platform to enhance their visibility, connect with industry leaders, and align with projects that suit their expertise and aspirations.
