C4IR Korea

Located in Pangyo, Gyeonggi-do, C4IR Korea is the first and only Korean center officially affiliated with the World Economic Forum’s global C4IR Network. Launched through a formal partnership between Gyeonggi Province and the WEF in June 2024, it has been operated by the Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA) since January 2025. As the global hub behind the renowned Davos Forum, the World Economic Forum is a premier international organization founded in 1971 to foster public-private cooperation in solving humanity’s critical challenges. It leads discussions on key issues across the economy, technology, and society. With more than 20 C4IRs worldwide, the network promotes cooperation on transformative technologies. The Korean center focuses on startups, advanced manufacturing, and climate change response—serving as a bridge between global insights and local innovation. Our mission is to accelerate innovation for humanity and the planet through deep collaboration among government, business, academia, and civil society.
