KORTAS has been a critical player in supporting Indian Space Industry for past 20 years and have been supporting various Launch Vehicle programs such as, GSLV, PSLV and SSLV. Our contributions has been mainly in Cryogenic engine metallic systems, critical sub-assemblies, sheet metal components, welded assemblies of intricate shape and structural assemblies for strategic requirements of the launch vehicles. Our specialties also include the fabrication and assembly of light alloy structures, as well as high quality TIG welded pressure vessels of flight hardware. KORTAS has established state of the art manufacturing / production centres in Trivandrum to meet the requirements of launch vehicle mechanical Systems.
